Inspired by one of the most unique and vibrant landscapes in the world – Kakadu Sunset mimics Kakadu on Bininj/Mungguy Country; where bushland meets wetland under beautiful fire-orange skies. Each ingredient has a role to play and a story to tell: carefully layered together to take you to rare and exciting places you otherwise could never have experienced.
The base? Aussie Black Tea grown on Queensland’s famous Arakai Estate: smooth, earthy, and balanced. A nutty richness comes from the Daintree Cacao Husks, giving a dark chocolate-esque flavour without any added sugars. A sharp citrusy punch from Desert Finger Lime coupled with gentle floral touches from Wildflowers like Safflower, Calendula and Cornflower carries us into the most important part: the Kakadu Plum Extract. This native fruit has been used by families across the Top End for thousands of years: it’s brilliantly nutritionally valuable, and has many medicinal benefits as an anti-inflammatory and increasing antioxidants. It tastes great too, adding a bright, tart flavour to bring the blend together!
